    Harvard's Nieman Journalism Lab today lays out the Banyan Project's pilot project efforts in Haverhill, Mass. See  http://www.niemanlab.org/2012/07/banyan-project-planning-its-first-community-owned-news-co-op/
    And it calls attention to Banyan's Spot.us campaign, which is nearing its end.
