This is the first in a three part series by VidSF to profile small San Francisco businesses during these tough economic times. In this first profile we focus on the Nob Hill Grille, a small diner doing well despite the gloom and doom of the wider economy.
The video has been published on VidSF as well and is also made available for others to republish. They can embed this Vimeo player or can request the content without the VidSF exit. Contact info[at]spot[dot]us for this request.
It's also important to note that Kieran is accepting ideas for small businesses to profile in the next two parts to this series. Leave your suggestions below as comments.
These stories can also be seen on VidSF
First in the series: Small Business on Nob Hill Finds Niche to Succeed in Tough Times.
Second in the series: San Francisco Commercial Real Estate is a Buyer's Market in Downtorn.

I would suggest a story on Cycling and Alternative transportation business
How are the local cycling shops doing, E-Bikes, Shared Car companies, Public Transit?
Is this sector growing ?

Good insight into what's happening behind the commercial real estate scene and how it affects all parties. Doesn't sound good for brokers.
In my town of Vancouver BC, it's hard to get information like this in a timely manner from mainstream newspapers who all too often align more with their advertisers, the real estate industry, and paint a picture rosier than reality.
I like knowing where I stand as a small business owner.
Can't wait for #3
