May 29, 2009 patricia boyle this is an emerging and constantly developing topic. the southern california contingent have been working on this issue for some time(they're most vulnerable) At present, capturing ground water runoff and recycling is of special interest throughout the State.
This is a difficult topic to emcompass because of the multiple levels but definitely worthy of financial support. Count me in.
