Cool farming program in SF!I heard about an interesting program in San Francisco called My Farm (http://www.myfarmsf.com/about.html) which plants organic veggie gardens in many yards throughout the city to create a sustainable food source which is shared in the form of CSA boxes in participating neighborhoods. Might be a good one to look into. I know organic farming is HUGE in Santa Cruz as well if you want to take a look at this issue in different communities. on: Nothing |
