Half Argentinean, half South African, Deborah is an L.A. native who is a working writer, reporter and English/Journalism teacher. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a dual degree in Music and English in 2006 and earned a Masters in Journalism from USC's Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism in 2009. She has written for Los Angeles Times, La Opinion, Los Angeles Magazine, News 21, The Huffington Post, Neon Tommy, Pop + Politics, New America Media, LAist, L'Atelier, TheWrap, LAist, Our Weekly, WitnessLA, The Berkeley Poetry Review and The News & Observer.
