QEIA and Title 1 schools in Los Angeles
20 elementary schools in LAUSD are getting QEIA funding. 443 elementary schools are getting Title 1 funds, of which only 3 are getting targeted funds and 440 are getting schoolwide funding. All the QEIA schools are also Title 1 schools. That means that 86% of the elementary schools in LAUSD have at least 40% of their children on free or reduced lunch, and therefore qualify as low-income schools.

How much does the LAUSD really spend on administration?
Are you suggesting that we play watchdog over the LAUSD even though the state budget cuts have hit so hard?
