Sierra Filucci is a writer, journalist, and multimedia producer. She’s written and produced projects about food, film, and art as well as immigration, agriculture, and crime. She’s interested in textured stories with a strong human element that say something about our common experience. As a longtime Oakland, Calif. resident, Sierra values the variety of experiences the city offers, from taco trucks on International Boulevard to wild turkeys in Redwood Regional Park.
