Well done Kieran & TaylorGood insight into what's happening behind the commercial real estate scene and how it affects all parties. Doesn't sound good for brokers. In my town of Vancouver BC, it's hard to get information like this in a timely manner from mainstream newspapers who all too often align more with their advertisers, the real estate industry, and paint a picture rosier than reality.
