Sheila Mulrooney Eldred is a Minneapolis-based freelance writer specializing in family and health. She shares her passion for good writing and journalism with students at St. Catherine University, where she teaches and advises the student paper. When she's not writing, she's either chasing her 5-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter or training for a marathon or triathlon.
