If you are a fellow resident of SF you can probably agree with the following:
- Compared to most of the country, we have fairly nominal weather, with some rain a few weeks each year, and the occasional shaker.
- We have tons of roads (regardless of how long it seems to take to get across town) for a city of our size.
- Most of these roads are in bad shape, with huge potholes.
- We pay really high local taxes.
Seems like our roads should be in much better condition. I'm curious as to why it's so bad.
