We at GTC Films (www.gtctilms.com) would like to cordially invite you to a special screening of Modern Day Slaves (www.moderndayslavesmovie.com), a new docudrama exposing the countless atrocities committed against overseas foreign workers (OFWs) from the Philippines. Ranging anywhere from verbal abuse, rape, torture and even execution, the plight of OFWs oftentimes is grim, their stories cumulatively reflecting one of extreme and unnecessary sacrifice.

The first special screening of Modern Day Slaves will take place this Saturday, August 28th at 4pm; there will be a second show the same evening at 5:30. Please contact our Executive Producer, Ted Unarce, at (408) 718-1334 and let him know to expect you should you plan on attending. Our screenings will take place at the following location:

Music Recital Hall
Santa Clara University of Performing Arts
Santa Clara, CA 94053

(@ corner of Franklin and Lafayette Streets)

Please feel free also to contact me, Valerie Shields, should you have any questions or concerns.

Tickets are of course free for member of the press.

Sincerely,

Valerie Shields
